TrialTek Consulting offers a cloud-based review platform for coordinated trial preparation. This platform was not created for e-discovery research and review. It is designed for trial teams to prepare for witnesses, review case documents, apply notes and tags, or watch deposition designations - working from anywhere. It is hosted on a server with best-in-class security controls. Different types of evidence such as exhibits from both parties, demonstratives, photos, and even linked video transcripts, are fully supported.
The typical trial preparation workflow processes are easily accomplished on-line by anyone who is authorized to see it. This system allows for teams to remotely create exhibit binders, design, and apply new labels, or create binders to lead a deponent through a complex set of documents and transcripts. This tool removes document management busywork, leaving you with evidence management designed for presentation. Looking to set up different levels of visibility, editability, and auditability for different team members – or even with opposing counsel? This platform allows access controls to be applied by user, by folder, or by file. So, for instance you can share your actual video designations with opposing counsel for them to review, then create their counter designations so there should never be objections during a playback again.
